Wood, like all natural materials, has inherent disparities in color and grain pattern. Variations in shade and markings are normal and can be expected with the natural materials used in the construction of this product.

We recommend that you wipe spills with a clean, dry cloth immediately. Avoid the use of harsh cleaners and abrasives and store furniture out of season in an indoor area. You can wash the frame with a mild soap and water solution; rinse clean and wipe dry thoroughly. This product is handmade and variations will occur between products. Synthetic weaving and décor are intended to have a variety of colors to get a natural impression. If there is dirt lodged in the weave, simply brush gently with a soft dry brush. Wash with warm soapy water and rinse with a garden hose on a fan spray setting, do not use abrasive scrubbers as they may damage the finish. To clean the fabric, use a soft-bristle brush to remove any loose dirt then wipe clean with a so damp cloth and warm soapy water. Always rinse thoroughly until all soap residue is removed and allow the fabric to air dry. Be sure pillows and cushions are completely dry before storage to avoid mold and mildew.
