The Guardian Protection Plan is designed to cover accidental stains or damages that occur from a specific incident.
COVERAGE FOR FABRIC, LEATHER AND VINYL FURNITURE:
Stains caused by any food or beverage normally consumed by humans.Mold and mildew stains caused by food or beverage spills.Stains caused by human or pet bodily fluids.Stains caused by grass, grease, ballpoint pen ink, iodine, nail polish, cosmetics, lipstick, crayon, and shoe polish.Rips, cuts, punctures or burns from a specific incident.Breakage of frames, springs, and sleeper, reclining, inclining, heating, and vibrating mechanisms will be covered if they were originally covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and such warranty has expired.COVERAGE FOR WOOD AND HARD SURFACE FURNITURE:
Stains caused by any food or beverage normally consumed by humans.Mold and mildew stains caused by food or beverage spills.Breakage of wood or other hard surface from a specific incident.Gouge, heat mark or liquid ring from a specific incident.Breakage of glass or mirror components, any chip or scratch of glass or mirrors and loss of silvering on mirrors (with the exception of crowned or curved glass).Checking, cracking, bubbling, or peeling of finish from a specific incident.Stains from nail polish.Terms and ConditionsSummary of Protection Plan Exclusions*

How the Protection Plan Works*When you experience a covered stain or damage, simply call the toll-free customer service line within 30 days of the incident. Have your itemized receipt and Plan documents in hand.
Be prepared to describe the incident to our customer service specialist, including the size, location and when and how it occurred. A photo may be requested to better assist with your service.
Based upon review of details collected during service request processing, Guardian may provide one or more of the following services, at no cost to you:
Professional cleaning for covered accidental stainsProfessional repair for covered accidental damagesZero labor charge on part replacementFull item replacement if unable to clean or repair
How will I Get My Protection Plan Documents?You will receive a copy of your protection plan documents via the email address that you provide at the time of your purchase. You may also view your documents online by visiting GuardianProducts.com and clicking on the "My Plan Documents" button. Please review the terms and conditions of your plan.
