Return Policy
This Return Policy governs purchases made through
AFAStores.com. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility
Merchandise may be returned within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, subject to the conditions herein. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original condition received, including all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.

Return Policy (Sizing/Fit Issues)

Returns due to sizing or fit issues are accepted; however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Return Authorization
All returns must receive prior authorization from
AFAStores.com. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping and Fees

  • Customers are solely responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • A ten percent (10%) restocking fee will be assessed on all approved returns and deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations

Please note that once an order has shipped or is in transit, it cannot be canceled. If a shipment is returned for any reason other than damage, a 10% restocking fee plus return shipping costs will apply.

Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item,
AFAStores.com will determine eligibility for a refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, less applicable fees. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If an item is received damaged or defective, the customer must notify
AFAStores.com within forty-eight (48) business hours of delivery. Claims must be submitted via email to [email protected] and include photographic evidence and a description of the damage.

Failure to report damage within the specified timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

AFAStores.com reserves the right to replace any damaged item if the replacement item is in stock and ready to ship.

If a replacement item is out of stock or otherwise unavailable, a refund will be issued.

Condition of Returned Items
AFAStores.com reserves the right to refuse returns or issue partial refunds for items that are returned damaged, used, altered, or missing original packaging or components.

The following brands are made to order and CANNOT be returned after purchase:

  • Tommy Bahama Home Custom Products

  • Nativa Interiors
